  • What products do you offer?

  • How old do I need to be to order?

    • You must be 21 or older to purchase our products. We verify age through a secure service and ID check upon delivery.

  • Will CBD get me high?

    • No. While CBD comes from cannabis, it doesn't cause a "high" like marijuana or THC. It may promote relaxation and reduce anxiety, but won't alter your state of mind.

  • Which product is right for me?

    • Everyone's endocannabinoid system is unique, so the best product for you may vary. Our friendly staff is happy to offer a private consultation to guide you!

  • Where do you deliver?

    • We offer same-day delivery across Orlando, including Orange County, parts of Kissimmee & Seminole Counties, and the theme park area. Contact us if unsure about your location 689-808-6355.

      Can I order while visiting Orlando?

    • Absolutely! We deliver discreetly to hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals, so you can enjoy your stay with our products.

  • How long does delivery take?

    • We aim for speedy deliveries within an hour! Orders placed by 3 PM arrive by 9 PM the same day. Please text or call for delivery questions at 689-808-6355. You'll receive a notification before your order arrives.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We offer cash on delivery, debit card payments through our cashless ATM terminal (with a $3.50 fee), and CashApp $GreenHealthDelivery. CashApp is mandatory for orders outside Orlando.

  • Do drivers carry change?

    • For safety reasons, drivers carry limited cash. To ensure a smooth transaction, please try to have exact change or use a debit card.

        • We use standard shipping from our Orlando, FL warehouse. Transit times will vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it ships.
