Green Health Delivery Affilate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return Policy
Green Health Delivery offers a 15 day exchange policy on tinctures, concentrates, vapes, edibles and topicals.
We will always exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.
GHD customer service team has discretion in taking returns on products provided it was 30 days from purchase. If the product was mostly fully used, will will not accept return or exchange.
